Upgrades and Additional Options
Additional digital files are available to purchase at $30 / file, except for Business Portraits. Gallery upgrades include all images in the gallery and are available as follows: Petite Sessions - $200, Signature Sessions - $300, Premier Sessions - $425, Cap and Gown Mini Sessions - $150, Newborn Sessions - $375, and Milestone / 1st Birthday Sessions - $225. Not available for Business Portraits due to commercial licensing.
Prints, cards, gallery-wrapped canvases, and albums are available for an additional price. Please let me know if you are interested in any of these products.
Studio Policies for Sessions and Ordering
Payments will made according to the following schedule: 1/3 due at booking to reserve session date and time. 1/3 due at session. 1/3 due before gallery is released. Payments may be made by cash, check, credit/debit card, or venmo. Payment arrangements can be made, please feel free to ask!
Please show up 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. If you will
be late, a phone call or text message informing of the delay is
appreciated. If you will be more than 15 minutes late to your
appointment, you may be required to reschedule. Please give me a call to
see if it's best to reschedule or see if I can still fit you in that
day. People who do not show up or call will forfeit their session fee. Cancellations
or reschedules with less than 24 hour notice will incur a $50
reschedule charge, regardless of the type of session. (Some exceptions may be made, and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Viewing galleries will be ready within 7-10 business days, but will not be released until final payment is received. If you need them sooner, a rush can be arranged for an additional fee. Rush requests must be communicated at the time of the session. Rush pricing is as follows: $35 for galleries ready in 5 business days. $75 for galleries ready in 2 business days. $100 for next day, including weekends. Weekends and holidays do not count toward these timelines.
Final products will be ready as follows: Digital images - able to be downloaded immediately, minus any retouching requests. Prints are ordered from the gallery and will be shipped directly to you within 7-10 business days. Greeting cards or other custom products are fully dependent on design work and proofing. Once final approval is made, items will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days. Rush requests must be communicated ahead of time. 10% additional charge for products ready in 7 business days. 25% for products ready in 5 business days. 50% for two business days. Two business day rush not available for all products or any that require personalization or special retouching requests. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
